Hawzah News Agency- a grand ceremony was held at the "City of Knowledge" school in the city of Jacobabad, Pakistan, on the occasion of birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Unity Week.

The Spokesman of Pakistan Muslim Unity Assembly Hojjat al-Islam Maqsood Ali Domki addressed the students, saying,” The Holy Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was the leader of mankind, and the messenger of mercy and kindness, the followers and lovers of him try to be show their faith in him with their character.”

By stating that the month of Rabi al-Awwal is the month of unity among Muslims, he invited the various Islamic sects, including Shia, Sunni, Deobandi, Barilavi, and Ahl al-Hadith to unity and asked everyone to be united in the act of calling for a united ummah, so that imperialist powers, especially The US and Israel, should not take advantage of their differences and achieve their evil desires by spreading division.

Also, the head of Jacobabad region, Hujjat al-Islam Nazir Hossein Jafari, in his speech, honored the week of unity and emphasized the unity of Muslims.

He announced that on this occasion, the Pakistan Muslim Unity Assembly is going to hold a ceremony in which the Shiites will welcome the Sunni sects by tying garlands.
